Here’s how we handle Returns & Refunds at The Clover Essentia:
💫 When Can I Request a Return or Refund?
We currently offer returns or refunds only when:
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
- There was a major printing error (wrong design, missing print, wrong product, etc.)
- Your order never arrived (lost in transit)
These must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product. Please include clear photos of the issue when you contact us — it helps us process things faster and more smoothly.
🚫 What Isn’t Eligible for Returns or Refunds?
As each product is made-to-order just for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of mind
- The product is in perfect condition but you no longer want it
- Minor differences in color due to screen settings
- Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Delayed deliveries (when out of our control)
🌟 FYI: “Out of our control” means events like shipping carrier delays, customs holdups, extreme weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other logistical hiccups that affect transit times beyond our handling. Such rare delays aren’t eligible for refunds. While we always ship orders promptly and work with reliable partners to prevent these, sometimes the universe throws a curveball. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed and support you every step of the way — with fairness, empathy, and magic. ✨
📩 How Do I Request a Refund or Report an Issue?
It’s easy! Just drop us an email at [hello@thecloveressentia.com] with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect/damage
We’ll review your request and get back to you within 2–4 business days with a resolution.
No need to return the item. Once we verify the issue, we’ll offer either:
- A free reprint of the same item
- Or a full refund to your original payment method
