6. Order Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order through our trusted third-party production partners. Once your order is placed, production typically begins within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please double-check your address before submitting the order, as we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.

7. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item(s) ordered. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. While we aim for timely delivery, delays due to customs, carriers, or other external factors are outside our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Cancellations may only be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

The Clover Essentials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
